Tell us more about the heart/story behind this session: 

I've been photographing this rad family for over 8 years! Big Sis, in the yellow dress, was my very first newborn client the first year of my business. We have become great friends over the years and it's been a very special thing to photograph a family through three little ones, a move to Hawaii (I got to photograph them there too) and all the big milestones in between. They are leaving San Diego soon and wanted one last beach session before they headed out. I knew going into the session that they were a very rambunctious group. Momma and I had a chat during our planning phase and I encouraged her to allow them to be who they are and have fun. Tears were shed as she saw the finished images...they capture who they are right now and that meant everything to her.
