Jill Koskelin
Jill Koskelin, the photographer behind Light & Life Photography, is a graphic designer turned photographer based out of Madison, Wisconsin. She is an artist of many talents, but Jill specializes in maternity, motherhood, intimate weddings, and lifestyle photography. Her work focuses on capturing deep, emotional connections between all kinds of people, in all stages of life.
We say this every week, BUT choosing between all of the talented work in each weeks student feature is no joke. And this week was no different. In fact we had to have TWO different panels of artists weigh in on this weeks submissions because it was truly impossible to choose!
After much consideration we chose this image by Jill to receive the Artist of the Year award because this picture tells a story that any parent can FEEL. Having a new mom and dad fumble to dress a squirmy new baby with their trusty golden looking on is absolutely priceless.
