We had SO many artist submissions this week, and so many new faces popping in, which is exactly what we love to see around here!
It was especially hard to choose this week, but as we started narrowing things down, we noticed a common thread running through the images we kept coming back to.
They made us curious. We wanted to know more about the people, the places, what was happening just outside the frame, and the stories behind the moments captured.
And we think that's where the magic happens in photography. When an ordinary, everyday moment becomes something more. Something that makes you linger a little longer, ask questions, imagine a story, and feel connected to a moment you weren't even part of.
That's what takes a photograph beyond simply documenting what was in front of the camera and turns it into art. The ability to captivate someone and leave them wanting to know more.
Thank you to everyone who shared their work this week. We absolutely love seeing this community grow and getting to experience the world through your eyes!

Our NEWEST 2026 Artist of the Year is Paige Statz!
Paige is certainly no stranger to Artist of the Year, and for good reason. She has found a creative spark and absolutely RUN with it. Watching her work evolve has been so exciting. Her artistic voice is becoming stronger and more recognizable with every image she creates, and she is without a doubt one to watch.
And this image! The perspective, the rich, dark water, the way the canoe sits so perfectly within all that negative space. There is something so beautifully quiet and intimate about this moment. The composition is intentional, the colors are gorgeous, and the storytelling speaks for itself. But yet we want to know more. Who are these people, what is their story and how the heck did she capture this moment?
