Queren is a wife and mother of two adorable children, her son who was diagnosed with a rare genetic syndrome at five months and yet is joyful and resilient, and her daughter whose boundless imagination and kindness illuminate their home. . Queren's journey has been enriched by her diverse interests. Beyond photography and motherhood, she is a master gardener and a certified aromatherapist, finding fulfillment in guiding fellow moms toward a natural lifestyle that nurtures their creativity and well-being. Queren's passion for documenting life traces back to her childhood when her family relocated to the United States, leaving behind cherished memories captured in photographs. Striving to preserve moments and milestones, she embarked on a photography journey, honing her skills in capturing the beauty of nature and the essence of self through introspective self-portraits.
Always with her camera in hand, Queren can often be found immersed in capturing fleeting moments of her children's lives or the timeless beauty of the natural world around her. Through her lens, she weaves a visual narrative of love, growth, and the timeless beauty of everyday moments.

What inspires your art?
Nature, family, and finding my way into creativity.
What do you shoot with? Camera body and favorite lens?
Canon R6 and R50
What other ways do you express your creativity?
Drawing, writing, gardening herbs and flowers, and creating aromatherapy blends.
How do you de-stress at the end of the day?
I love spending time in the garden, taking a walk with my kids to the park, or watching reruns from my favorite TV shows.
What kind of music do you listen to while editing?
Taylor Swift, mostly Evermore and Folklore.
What is your favorite book?
In The Country We Love by Diana Guerrero
Name one movie that inspires you.
Eat Pray Love
How do you handle self-doubt or creative slumps?
I turn to people that know me most, I listen to inspiring content, or journal my thoughts, sometimes I just push through and create more.
What has been the most difficult part of your creative journey?
Being an immigrant, it has created doubt because of the many setbacks and obstacles.
What is your favorite pizza topping?
Mushrooms!
What is your most favorite kind of light and why?
Soft morning light…
Who is one of your favorite photographers?
I don't have a favorite photographer, but I love botanical portraits.
